That captures the complex, freeform contours a tape measure tends to miss, and it keeps your boat on file so reorders and replacement pieces can be re-cut without templating the hull again.
That digital template then drives a ShopSabre CNC router, an American-built machine from a manufacturer with a line purpose-built for EVA foam and marine decking. The router carves each panel to a tolerance under 0.25mm, so the cut matches your boat's real shape with clean seams and edges that stay put.
